Corporate Finance


Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate M&A opportunities – research and analysis of industry and target company, review/ prepare business plans and financial models, valuation and commercial deal terms and structure
  • Participate in deal structuring / negotiation – investment paper, legal documentation, due diligence, regulatory compliance, lenders’ approval, process management from deal evaluation to deal execution
  • Carrying our proposals and advisory-related assignments for companies seeking consultation involving fund raising and corporate restructuring
  • Perform business and financial analysis on ad hoc projects/ assignments
  • Update on guidelines and regulations set by the relevant authorities including offshore regulations

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance or related fields
  • 2 – 3 years working experience in finance, business development, investment/ merchant banking or corporate finance is preferable.
  • Ability to perform independently and effectively within a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
